William J. Chaulk (1898[1900?] - 1924) enlisted in the Newfoundland Regiment Jan. 2nd, 1917. He was discharged as medically unfit on March 27, 1917 but later served with the Royal Navy.

Address listed as Elliston and he was the son of George and Elizabeth (nee Tremblett) Chaulk.
